Our Data Promise
We never sell your information
Pangalele Group does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, under any circumstances.
We never share it for marketing
Your details are never given to advertisers, marketers or data brokers, and we will not send you marketing without your consent.
We use it only for your enquiry
What you send us is used only to respond to you, understand your requirement and, where you ask us to, arrange suitable services. It is never used for profiling or automated decisions about you.
Only the people who need it can see it
Access is restricted to authorised people at Pangalele Group. Where a service provider needs details to carry out your request, we share only what is necessary, and only for that request.
You stay in control
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. We will act on valid requests promptly.
Privacy Policy
Who we are
Pangalele Group (registration number K2026807011), 28 Maggs St, Amalinda, East London, 5247, South Africa ("Pangalele Group", "we", "us"). We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Information we collect
Only what you choose to give us through our forms or by contacting us: your name, email address and/or telephone number, company name, location, service of interest, enquiry type and message.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable service solutions, and consider partnership or provider enquiries. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing or advertising. Because we coordinate services through independent service providers, we may pass on only the details needed to deal with your request, and only so that your request can be handled. Our website forms are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (FormSubmit), which may process data outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to make sure this is done securely.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires. After that it is deleted or de-identified.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you; to correct or delete it; to object to its processing; or to withdraw your consent, at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Data Protection and Security
Our commitment
Your personal information is treated as confidential. It is used only for the purpose you gave it for, it is never sold, rented or traded, and it is never shared for marketing. Access is limited to authorised people at Pangalele Group who need it to respond to you.
Security measures
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure. This includes using a secure (HTTPS) website, limiting who can view enquiries, and using trusted service providers.
Providers and partners
We share with a provider only the details needed to carry out your specific request. Providers are expected to keep that information confidential, use it only for that request, and not keep it, pass it on or use it for their own marketing.
If something goes wrong
If we become aware of a security compromise affecting your personal information, we will notify the Information Regulator and affected people as required by POPIA.
Requests and complaints
To access, correct or delete your information, or to raise a privacy concern, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
